Resonix is a MUST for any Car Audio Installation!
"I purchased the ResoNix Stage-3 2-Door Sound Deadening Kit along with some extra CLD Squares, extra Fiber Mat Black Edition, extra CCF Strips, and some extra Butyl Rope to get the 4 doors of my 2024 Nissan Frontier doors treated and am thrilled with the results. Took a minute to install with a hired helper but man so worth it! Zero resonance/rattles coming from the doors, all (4) in-door Focal speakers directing audio straight into the cab with no backwaves inside door cavities for super clean sound. Side note I decided to mount Focal tweeters on the dash avoiding seats and legs getting in way of that renowned crisp Focal tweeter delivery. Was so happy with the results that I purchased a bunch of the Resonix CLD Mega squares for the floor of my truck to tighten up my down-firing low profile subwoofer pairs. Certainly did the trick getting rid of that boomy bass that can result from the thin metal shell of the cab resonating. It's now super visceral and controlled. Decided to cover the inside lid of the cab with the leftover CLD squares as well. On top of the phenomenal sonic results the cab is SUPER quiet. . . like a mobile library ( : With the Resonix Sound Treatment along with: - (4) custom Focal in-door speakers mounts (thanks BobTheBirdTurd at DIYMobile) - pair of Focal ES 165K front comps - pair of Focal EC 165K rears - Kenwood Excelon DMX958XR (w/ 5V preamp outs, this is KEY, don't try and re-use factory head unit with speaker to line-level adapter as it will introduce all kinds of anomalies + distortion) - JL VX400/4i DSP fronts + rears amplifier w/ DSP - JL RD1000/1 subwoofer amp - pair of Kicker 48CVTDF102 2 Ohm boxed down-firing subs (wired in series) - high quality cabling (don't skimp on cabling) . and some DSP tuning via JL TUN this has turned out to be the most impressive car audio system I have owned by far. This is in no doubt thanks to Resonix treatment cuz hey it's all about the treatment applied! I do custom home theaters and trust me expensive equipment alone won't meet its full potential otherwise. Just wish Reso would send an installer with their kits cuz dang I blew through some weekends installing it all lol. Do yourself a favor and set aside funds for some Resonix Sound Solutions treatment for your next car audio build. Thanks so much Nick for your guidance throughout this project!"

Quiet down my Model Y significantly
"I only have time to treat one door on my 2024 Model Y but I already feel the improvement immediately. Road noises reduced drastically, especially on highway and mid bass performance gets better. I can't wait to find another time to finish rest of the work!!!"

Amazing products, well worth the money!
"I can't speak highly enough of the quality of Resonix products nor of their customer service. I had some questions and got them all answered. Every one of my orders has shipped the next business day, they run a tight ship over there. Watch the installation videos, they are basically a free sound deadening masterclass."

Exceptional Products
"Did all 4 doors in my f-150 lightning. Massive difference in both sound quality and ride noise. Would buy again. Bought more squares for the floor."

Great product and support
"After helping a friend with his install and using Resonix, I had to get some for myself. There's plenty of sales, and the price/performance is unbeatable compared to some of that junk out there. No fancy packaging or marketing needed. Just a good product, and Nick is constantly spending his time helping people. You can't ask for more than that."

Premium price. Unquestionable quality. A+.
"Purchased and installed in a mid-size suv. The quality is superb and the amount of materials provided was spot on. Read the reference material provided on the site, look at the pictures, and understand what you're doing before starting. Measure twice before trying to apply the CLD in the door panels, because those sheets are THICK. I used all of the CLD and Guardian. Had some overage with the other products which I was able to apply to other parts of the car."

real deal
"old school car audio guy converted to home audio many years ago. Working on a car audio project for me personally at the moment. I have used so many different brands of products over the years for sound and noise control Ive lost track of how many Ive used. Found nick on youtube and after watching some of his videos decided to give resonix a shot. Really, all I can say is. . . . Damn, his line up of products is legit the best thing Ive ever used. The CLD product is on another level, and the Guardian product is awesome for that outer layer and getting your doors not to sound like a hallow can. Just impressed with the quality of all the items and as a plus when i had some questions Nick got back to me quickly which is always a nice added. Great stuff, highly recommended."

Excellent Quality and Even Better Value
"I bought this kit for my 2008 VW Rabbit 2-door. Because the doors of my car are relatively large, I was worried about whether this kit would be enough to treat everything properly without having to skimp/prioritize. I was shocked when I realized that I'd actually have a decent amount of basically everything but the extra-thicc CLD left over. I've used several generic brands of """"sound deadener"""" before, such as Noico and NVX, in previous installations. In fact, I went all the way down the sound treatment rabbit hole and attempted a full dampener/CCF/MLV/melamine foam treatment using pretty decent supplies from reputable manufacturers. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was that this kit -which isn't even intended explicitly for road noise reduction- did so much better than my previous attempts at sound treatment. You can't hear a damn thing from below the window line in the front half of my car now. This kit is equally impressive from an audio perspective. I'm running Morel Virtus 603s in my doors and the manner in which this kit made my midbass come alive is astounding to me. It's like I suddenly have two small subs with me up front that blend with the two sealed 12s in my trunk seamlessly. The quality of the CLD tiles that come with this kit is nuts. The test results that Resonix has available somewhere on here seem hard to believe until you so much as pick one of their CLD squares up. The weight, stiffness, even the butyl backing is so much higher end than other brands. I did this install in my near-freezing garage back in January, and while the last bit of leftover NVX deadener I had left was kind of struggling in the cold (even with help from a hair dryer), the Resonix tiles stuck on so strongly on first content that I might as well have been super-gluing them. There's no doubt in my head that Resonix CLD is a much better buy than anything else out there. The results were, as expected, incomparable to previous deadening jobs I've done. Everything else included in the kit is just as high-end, from the butyl rope to the application roller. I thought I had done at least a passable installation job my first go around but this kit improved my sound quality as much as upgrading from stock did. I can't wait to treat the rest of my car for wind noise next. If you're trying to take """"hifi"""" mobile audio seriously, please consider this kit. You will not regret buying it. Pros: Very nice material quality, excellent value. Doubles as a decent intro to road noise reduction without even being advertised as such. Cons: Genuinely nothing springs to mind."
