This is our second post going over the Audiotec Fischer Helix, Brax, or Match DSP software. For this second video, we are focusing on the Helix DSP software Setup, Input EQ, summing, Automotive Time, Measurement Tune EQ, and more!

Please note that the software used is the V5.00.05, so some things may change as they update the software, which they regularly do.

Helix DSP Input EQ - The input EQ on the Audiotec Fischer DSP PC Tool software is the most powerful available. In this software version, it features up to 5 bands of parametric, shelf, and all pass filter equalization, as well as per-channel input delay.

Summing - Combining multiple inputs per output to acheive a full-range stereo signal and using the basic input RTA.

Automatic Time Measurement - In this video we go over how to use the Audiotec Fischer PC Tool feature that automatically and accurately sets time alignment for you.

Audiotec Fischer Tune EQ - We also go over how to use the Tune EQ automatic EQ feature.

How much sound deadening do I need for my car?

Every vehicle and goal set is different. Start with our sound deadening buyer’s guide to understand what each material does and where to use it. If you want a tailored plan, book our sound system design and installation consultation.

What size Fiber Mat should I choose?

Most people ask this because they are not sure what physically fits. Fitment varies by vehicle, trim, and where you plan to install it. Check available depth carefully and avoid interfering with moving parts, window tracks, airbags, and service access. As a general rule, choose the thickest that comfortably fits the space. When will backordered items be back in stock?

If an item is on backorder, the estimated restock date appears on its product page and is updated as we get new information.

Domestic orders that include a backordered item will ship in two parts: in‑stock items ship immediately, and the backordered items ship as soon as they arrive. For international orders, we currently ship when all items are in stock.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email, then a tracking email once your order ships. If you need an update or anything looks off contact us with your order number.

Do you have guides or videos that show what materials to use and where?

My order seems to be missing materials? What should I do?

Please open every box and wrapper fully, since small items are sometimes packed inside larger kits for protection. If something still appears missing, reach out with your order number and what you are not seeing.

Do you ship internationally and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Available carrier options and rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight. Transit times depend on the service you choose and customs processing. Express options are typically faster, while economy services take longer.
