Returns & Refunds Policy

       Yes, we do offer returns on purchases made within the past 60 days, but on ResoNix Sound Deadening Products only. If it is not a ResoNix sound deadening product, such as products from Helix, Accuton Automotive, Micro Precision, etc. we only offer store credit. The only thing we require for a return is that the product is not defiled in any way, and isn’t missing pieces. Meaning, if you order a box of 20 Mega CLD Squares, you must return the full box without any damage or missing pieces or parts.

Returns have specific instructions, so please reach out for help with your return.

  1. You must reach out to us to inform us of the return. The best way to do this is by responding via email to your original order confirmation email.
  2. You must ship the product(s) back to.. ResoNix C/O Partnership, 50 Holt Drive, Building D3, Stony Point, NY, 10980
  3. You must also put “attn: Jenny, Order #XXXXXX” (include your order number so we know which order it is to refund).
  4. Send tracking for the returns to [email protected]. Again, best to keep this emailed within the same chain as the order confirmation email. 
  5. Once we receive and inspect the products and determine they are in fact complete and undamaged, the return will be issued. If the product is returned incomplete or with damage, a refund is unable to be issued.
